Sudharmono Saragih brings over 23 years of mining-industry experience, spanning operational leadership, production management, and resource development.
He was appointed as Director of the Company pursuant to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 7 December 2023. As the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Sudharmono oversees operational performance, safety management, and process efficiency across the Group’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
His earlier professional journey includes roles at PT Karya Wijaya Aneka Mineral (Harita Group) from 2009 to 2010 and PT Raja Kutai Baru Makmur (Ancora Group) from 2010 to 2011, where he developed hands-on expertise in large-scale mining operations and field supervision. From 2011 to 2019, he served within the Company, with his last position being Director, contributing significantly to operational planning, production oversight, and organizational strengthening. He currently serves as Operations Director at PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara.
Sudharmono holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Mining from Institut Teknologi Bandung. His technical background and extensive field experience enable him to guide the Company’s mining portfolio with a focus on productivity, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, nor with the major and controlling shareholders.
