Sustainability Reports

Since 2020, TBS has prepared its sustainability reports in line with the requirements of Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK). The reports follow OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017 on Sustainable Finance and the 2022 Circular No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021. They are also aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021 and the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

For the 2023 report, we advanced further by adopting the GRI 12: Coal Sector 2022 and the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) S2 on Climate-related Disclosures issued by the ISSB, building on the foundation of the TCFD framework.
