Whistleblowing System TBS

The Whistleblowing System is designed to:

• Encourage early detection of misconduct
• Provide protection for whistleblowers
• Support Good Corporate Governance across TBS Group

When you file a report, TBS guarantees:

• 🔒 Confidentiality – Your identity will be protected
• 🛡 No Retaliation – You are protected against dismissal, demotion, discrimination, or threats
• ⚖ Fair Handling – Every report is reviewed objectively by the Internal Audit & Risk Management Department

You can report any action that violates law, ethics, or company policy, including but not limited to:

• 💰 Corruption, fraud, or cheating.
• 🧾 Dishonesty or falsification of documents.
• 🚫 Criminal acts such as vandalism, violence, extortion, drug use, harassment, or tax evasion.
• 📜 Violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics.
• 🦺 Unsafe practices that endanger health, safety, or security.
• 📉 Actions that cause financial or non-financial losses to the Company.
• 🛠 Breach of company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), especially related to procurement, services, or remuneration.



Note: Reports can be submitted up to 2 years from the incident date.

• Step 1. Identify → Recognize the violation.
• Step 2. Prepare → Collect supporting evidence (documents, photos, videos).
• Step 3. Submit → File a report via the online Whistleblowing Form.
• Step 4. Review → Internal Audit & Risk Management Department reviews your report.
• Step 5. Feedback → Receive follow-up or resolution status.
