Dicky Yordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1998, followed by a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, New York in 2002.
He was appointed as President Director of the Company based on Deed Number 51 dated 17 June 2021 before Notary Aulia Taufani, S.H., after previously serving as Director under Deed Number 87 dated 26 May 2017. As CEO of the Company, Dicky plays a central role in steering strategic direction, business transformation, and the Group’s growth into sustainable and future-oriented sectors. Since 2021, Dicky has spearheaded the company’s strategic shift from fossil-based operations toward a diversified portfolio anchored in sustainable solutions—waste management, renewable energy and electric mobility. This transformation marks a bold step forward in realizing the TBS2030 vision of sustainable, profitable growth.
He currently also holds several leadership positions within the Company’s subsidiaries, including Director of SBT Investment 1 Pte. Ltd. (since 2024) and SBT Investment 2 Pte. Ltd. (since 2024). He also serves as Director of Asia Medical Enviro Services Pte. Ltd., Singapore (since 2022); Commissioner of PT Energi Kreasi Bersama (since 2021); President Commissioner of PT Kreasi Terbarukan TBS (since 2022); Director of Azzurro Holdings Pte. Ltd. (since 2022); Director of Taonga Holdings Pte. Ltd. (since 2022); and Commissioner of PT Adimitra Baratama Niaga (since 2022).
Dicky began his career as Senior Consultant at PAC Project Advisor in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States (1998–2000). He then served as Associate at Byun & Co., Singapore (2002–2003), followed by Associate roles at PT Anugra Capital Indonesia (2003–2005) and in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch in Jakarta (2005–2006). From 2006 to 2011, he held increasingly senior positions at Deutsche Bank in Indonesia and Singapore, with his last role as Director and Co-Head Global Capital Markets. He then served as Managing Director, Joint Head Investment Banking and Financing at Nomura Singapore Limited (2011–2014). In the energy sector, he later assumed several leadership roles within the TBS Group, including Director of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (2017–2021), Director of PT Karya Baru TBS (2018–2021), Commissioner of PT Toba Bumi Energi (2019–2021), and President Commissioner of PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (2017–30 June 2022).
Dicky has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors nor the Board of Commissioners. However, he has an affiliation with the majority and controlling shareholders.
