She oversees the Group’s investment and divestment activities, playing a central role in shaping TBS’ portfolio and financial direction. Her academic and professional foundation spans M&A, investment, and corporate finance—expertise that continues to contribute to TBS’ transformation journey.
Before joining TBS, Windita built her corporate finance career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia within the Deals Team, focusing on M&A in the energy, utilities, and mining sectors. She later served at Medco Energi Internasional, where she secured more than US$1 billion in financing for the business.
Windita holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
As one of women leaders in TBS, she believes women play a powerful role as the organization’s glue and as catalysts of positive change—bringing empathy, discipline, and long-term thinking into decision-making during a time of deep industry transformation. Her aspiration is to strengthen TBS’ position as a leading regional player in sustainable business—across waste management, renewable energy, and EV mobility—supported by strong governance, prudent financial management, teamwork, and a culture where women and men work together without discrimination or barriers to thrive.
