Aileen has built her career at the intersection of finance, mobility, and technology. With experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic roles in major mobility companies, she brings strong analytical grounding and practical execution to every challenge. Aileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, an education that shaped her early interest in building resilient business models and long-term value creation.
At Electrum, she leads financial strategy for Indonesia’s largest electric two-wheeler ecosystem, driving fundraising, capital planning, and business modelling to support the country’s shift toward electric mobility.
Before Electrum, Aileen played a key role in Grab’s EV initiatives across Southeast Asia, overseeing investor engagement, strategic pilots, financial reporting discipline, and cost-improvement programs.
Aileen sees her position in the EV and automotive ecosystem as an opportunity to elevate more women into spaces where they remain underrepresented. She believes women leaders bring clarity, empathy, and precision—qualities the industry needs as it evolves. She hopes her journey encourages more women to take up space, lead confidently, and shape the future of mobility.
