Triana is responsible for leading the company’s decarbonization agenda and serving on the TBS ESG Committee. With a background in public policy, business, and development, she has played a key role in shaping the TBS2030 roadmap toward carbon neutrality and in developing the company’s Climate Transition Plan.
Before joining TBS, Triana built her sustainability experience at APRIL Group, where she managed programs across a one-million-hectare landscape and received the WBCSD Leading Women Award 2018 for her work in aligning environmental, social, and economic priorities with community needs in Riau, Sumatera.
She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Oregon.
Triana believes that women at TBS bring a steady and thoughtful influence—grounded in empathy, discipline, and long-term perspective—especially at a time when the company is undergoing a major transition. She hopes to continue supporting TBS in becoming one of Indonesia’s leading integrated green-energy companies, built on strong governance, credible transition pathways, and a workplace where women can lead with confidence.
