Jane is a human capital leader with more than 20 years of experience. Her career has been shaped not only by technical capability but also by the values of integrity, discipline, and resilience. Over time, she has learned that being solution-focused leads to better outcomes than blame, that encouragement is more impactful than fear, and that listening often brings more clarity than speaking. These principles guide how she supports people and develops teams.
Jane’s academic journey reflects her belief in lifelong learning. After pausing her studies earlier in life, she completed her Bachelor’s degree at 48 and earned her Master’s in Global HR Management at 51—achievements that strengthened her commitment to continuous growth.
She believes women leaders in TBS play an important role in shaping a grounded and encouraging work culture. Through patience, consistency, and a willingness to guide others, they help build teams that feel trusted, supported, and motivated.
Looking ahead, Jane hopes TBS continues to create a psychologically safe environment where employees, especially women, can grow with confidence and contribute meaningfully to the company’s aspiration to build a better society.
