Juli Oktarina holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Management from the University of Bina Nusantara. Her academic foundation has supported a career spanning more than two decades across corporate finance, operations, and strategic leadership.
She was appointed as Director of the Company following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 8 June 2022, as stated in Deed Number 27 before Notary Aulia Taufani, S.H. As the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Juli leads financial governance, capital allocation, and long-term fiscal strategy, ensuring the Company’s financial resilience as it transitions toward a sustainable business portfolio.
Juli has been part of the Group since 2016, first serving as Director of PT Gorontalo Listrik Perdana before assuming the role of President Director. She also serves as President Director of PT Toba Bara Energi (since 2022), reflecting her leadership in subsidiaries that hold operational significance for the Company’s broader business ecosystem.
Her earlier career includes serving as Finance Director at PT Smartias Indo Gemilang (2008–2009) and Finance Director at Pusaka Jaya Palu Power (2010–2017). Across these positions, Juli strengthened her capabilities in corporate planning, financial risk management, and operational discipline. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her analytical approach, calm leadership style, and ability to strengthen organizational structure during periods of transformation.
She has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, nor with the major and controlling shareholders.
