Mirza Rinaldy Hippy has led the Company’s Investor Relations function since April 1, 2022, responsible for strengthening engagement with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing (2004) from the University of Denver, USA and a Master of Science in Marketing and International Business (2005), from the University of Colorado at Denver, USA. His academic background in marketing and global business provides a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics and communicating the Company’s performance and strategic direction with clarity.
Before joining the Company, Mirza built extensive experience across banking and corporate finance. He served as Senior Manager in the Corporate Banking Division at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk from 2005 to 2010, followed by senior financial roles at PT Arm & Property. He later became Financial Controller at PT Bumintara Sedaya International (2015–2019), where he oversaw financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the group.
With more than a decade of experience in finance, corporate banking, and stakeholder engagement, Mirza brings disciplined financial insight and a strong commitment to transparency in managing the Company’s corporate finance and investor relations functions.
